SHIPPING YOUR JEWELLERY

All orders through our online shop are shipped with Australia Post and are delivered worldwide. All orders are supplied with a tracking number so that you can keep track of your jewellery on its journey.

Shipping within Australia:

All orders are shipped via express post at a reduced shipping rate - pay only $10 for express shipping Australia wide! Even better, all orders over $100 ship for free!

 

Shipping Overseas:

All international orders are shipped via International Standard Parcel Post and come with a tracking number. Prices start from $19.80 depending on your region and all international orders over $250 ship for free!

  • $19.80 - New Zealand

  • $21.70 - Asia

  • $23.80 - United States/ Canada

  • $28.40 - United Kingdom/ Europe

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and sent as quickly as we can. We generally work towards a three day turn around. Custom orders may have a longer turn around depending on current production times. Contact us for information about custom orders and their current processing times.

 

Delivery Times:

Orders are usually posted from the Blue Mountains, Australia. We will notify you when your order ships and supply you with a tracking number so that you can easily see where your order is on its journey. Estimated delivery times via Australia Post are as follows:

 

Within Australia - Next day delivery for addresses in the 'guaranteed next day network' from post code 2777 and surrounds.

 

International -  5 - 14 business days to most developed countries. Please be aware that Australia Post does not include processing times through customs in the destination country in their delivery time estimates. Depending on your country's customs procedures and current processing times, it may take a little longer.

 

Australian business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

A Note on Taxes:

Some countries may charge tax or import duties on goods coming from overseas. This is beyond our control and  the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that we must tell customs that we are sending merchandise and cannot mark your order as a gift due to tax regulations and responsibilities in Australia.

 

Packaging:

All of our jewellery is shipped in thick padded, bubble wrap pouches or boxes, depending on the size and weight of the order. We always make sure that orders are securely packaged to keep them safe during their travels.

 

Our jewellery comes wrapped in lovely velvet pouches or grey Fold Formations jewellery boxes, ready to give as the perfect gift. See our product descriptions for details on how each design is wrapped.

 

Every order will also come with care instructions and all of our contact information and can be shipped directly to the recipient if it is a gift - add a note that it is being sent as a gift and I can even include a personalised card. We never send invoices with our orders.

Missing Deliveries:

Australia Post is a very reliable service and with tracking makes it super easy to see where your order is on it journey. However, if on the super rare occasion that something goes amiss in the postal system please contact us.

 

For Australian orders please contact us of you have not received your order within 8 business days or for international orders 21 business days of receiving your tracking number so we can resolve the issue.

 

Damaged, Faulty or incorrect goods:

We strive to provide high quality products and customer service. However, on the rare occasion that you find we have made an error or that the items you have purchased are faulty, please refer to our returns and exchanges on how to proceed.
