Here at Fold Formations we pride ourselves on creating beautiful, quality products and having happy customers. If you feel that the jewellery you have purchased does not meet the standards portrayed in our listings or if your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. On the occasion that you have purchased a gift and the recipient would prefer something else in our range we are more than happy to organise an exchange.


Making a return or exchange:

Returns should be made should be made within 30 days of delivery to you. All items being returned must be in the same condition they were in when you received them. As soon as the return has been received by us you will be issued with a refund or an exchange can be arranged if you prefer. Please be aware that we are happy to issue exchanges for 'change of mind' purchases but we do not offer full refunds unless items do not meet the standards of our descriptions, or are faulty or damaged. Please be sure to contact us before making a return.


Returns and shipping:

Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs unless you are making a return on goods that have arrived faulty, damaged or in error on our part. When returning an item please consider using a service which includes tracking as returns that go missing in the mail generally cannot be refunded.



Generally, custom made or heavily altered pieces cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless the item is faulty, damaged or an error has been made on our part. Please contact us if you have a problem with a custom order.
